2.1. The Company provides fire safety services, including but not limited to:

2.2. All services will be performed in compliance with industry standards and applicable fire safety regulations.

2.3. The Company reserves the right to decline services if the project falls outside our expertise, operational area, or legal capacity.


3. Quotes & Pricing

3.1. Quotes provided are estimates only and may be subject to adjustments based on a site visit, additional requirements, or unforeseen complications.

3.2. All quotes are valid for [7] days from the date of issue. Prices may change after this period.

3.3. A deposit or full payment may be required before services commence, depending on the nature of the work.

3.4. The final price will be confirmed in a formal agreement before work begins.


4. Payments & Invoicing

4.1. Payments must be made in full according to the agreed terms outlined in the invoice.

5.4. The Company reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as safety concerns, regulatory changes, or non-payment. In such cases, the Client will receive a full or partial refund, depending on work completed.


6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. The Client must provide accurate information regarding the site, building specifications, and fire safety concerns.

6.2. The Client must ensure safe and timely access to the property for site visits, inspections, and installations.

6.3. Any delays caused by the Client (e.g., lack of access, incomplete information) may result in additional charges.

6.4. The Client must comply with fire safety recommendations provided by the Company to maintain compliance.


7. Liability & Warranties

7.1. While the Company takes every precaution to ensure fire safety compliance,

we do not guarantee that fires or related incidents will not occur.

7.2. The Company shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, financial losses, or legal consequences

arising from fire incidents, misuse of safety equipment, or failure to follow fire safety recommendations.

7.3. Warranties apply only to materials and workmanship and will be provided during installation. Misuse, tampering, or third-party alterations void any warranty.

7.4. The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against any claims, liabilities, or losses related to fire safety issues beyond our direct control.


8. Compliance & Regulations

8.1. The Client is responsible for ensuring their property complies with fire safety laws and for obtaining necessary permits where required.

8.2. The Company follows all relevant fire safety regulations and best practices but is not responsible for changes in local or national laws that may affect compliance after service completion.


9. Confidentiality & Data Protection

9.1. Any personal or business information shared with the Company will be kept strictly confidential and used only for service purposes.

9.2. The Company adheres to data protection laws and will not share Client information with third parties unless required by law or agreed upon in writing.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. The Company shall not be held liable for delays or failure to perform services due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes)

Government regulations or lockdowns

10.2. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund affected services.
